In 2020, Scrapbook.com began collecting handmade cards from creative, kind volunteers and delivering them to people in need of uplift and care. This program, which we called Cards for Kindness, experienced astonishing growth and soon became a global force for good, lifting and inspiring millions. In order to expand the mission and reach of this program and others, we formed The Creative Kindness Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Here's How it Works
You send your handmade cards (blank inside - with no personal message) to Creative Kindness. Guidelines and Instructions available here. Already have cards created? Please fill out the simple Online Submission Form every time you send in cards to Creative Kindness. The Creative Kindness team organizes and distributes the cards to cancer foundations, hospitals, shelters, retirement homes, children's homes, and other organizations in need. (See partner organizations here.) The cards are used by nurses, doctors, staff members, counselors, parents and volunteers who add handwritten messages of encouragement and love before giving them to patients, children and other people in need.
